Is $345 dollars a lot to charge for a tow?

I had my car in the parking lot of my apartment building and it snowed 2" which meant the guy who plows our lot would come through. I didn't know it snowed while I was asleep and awoke to my car gone. The company is located about a mile down the road I live on. They charged $145 for the tow and $100 for each day. Since it got towed on 1/6/10 and I didn't pick it up until they opened up on 1/7/10 I was charged for two days which brought the total to $345. Isn't there any laws preventing towing companies from charging so much. I live in Winona, MN if that makes any difference.

How can I fake sick tomorrow?

I stayed home today because last night/last weekend I had a runny nose, aches, a fever and bad headaches. The problem is I didn't do any of the homework due tomorrow and I am feeling a lot better. My mom is taking me to the doctor in an hour (I HAVE to go) and I am worried he will say I need to go to school tomorrow, and I need to do this homework! I know it was a bad choice and I usually do well in school (today was my second absence all year) but I NEED to fake sick, even past the doctor! My mom is really gullible so I was going to do that but the doctor might say I am well. HELP!

You just need to file articles of incorporation with your state. There are dozens of on line sites that have the forms you need to file and who will file them for you after you fill them out for about $100.

Does Ab toning belts take inches off the waist even if it does get rid of the flab?

I read that ab toning belts are not that effective but it does tone the muscle to some extent and that if you have fat in the stomach the effect doesn't show cos the belt cant get rid of the fat. does that mean even if it doesn't look toned, it takes off at least a few inches off the waist? i can't do vigorous cardio exercises or walk alot as i have a back pain and my only goal is to reduce my waist. i do have a bit of belly fat but my only concern for now is to take some inches off the waist. will an ab toning belt help me at least a bit? im thinking of something like beauty works ab gym belt. argos has it for 24 pounds. has anyone used it? any recommended belts around that price?

that $2.50 is just a fee the cab tacks on. they do it almost everywhere. That is not your tip. I was just in NYC and there is no automatic tip tacked on.
