How can I fake sick tomorrow?

I stayed home today because last night/last weekend I had a runny nose, aches, a fever and bad headaches. The problem is I didn't do any of the homework due tomorrow and I am feeling a lot better. My mom is taking me to the doctor in an hour (I HAVE to go) and I am worried he will say I need to go to school tomorrow, and I need to do this homework! I know it was a bad choice and I usually do well in school (today was my second absence all year) but I NEED to fake sick, even past the doctor! My mom is really gullible so I was going to do that but the doctor might say I am well. HELP!
