Is $345 dollars a lot to charge for a tow?

I had my car in the parking lot of my apartment building and it snowed 2" which meant the guy who plows our lot would come through. I didn't know it snowed while I was asleep and awoke to my car gone. The company is located about a mile down the road I live on. They charged $145 for the tow and $100 for each day. Since it got towed on 1/6/10 and I didn't pick it up until they opened up on 1/7/10 I was charged for two days which brought the total to $345. Isn't there any laws preventing towing companies from charging so much. I live in Winona, MN if that makes any difference.
