Pain atthe age of 12?

Hi, I am Just 12 Years old and my is hurting me. I have been getting this pain like last month but it goes away and comes but it doest realluy hurt to and also my nipple hurt when i touch it and and sometime my whole hurt. Im not really sure Why this is Happening to me and not long ago my doctor said i having growing pains because im going, Does this have to do with puberty or about me becomming a women, Please Help Me.
