How can I get my energy back?

Also you should do some sort of exercise, tire the body, drain whatever energy you might have left at night, maybe a long walk or some cardio... you'll go to bed tired and get better night's sleep, wake up more energized and so on.... But at first its going to be a bit hard ... but make it a habit and before you know it you'll feel better
