Crowds at Disney Quest at Disney World in Orlando?

Saturday morning flight has been moved up 2 hours by the airline and will touchdown at 10:30 local time in Orlando. We can't check into our hotel until 4:00. I don't think visiting one of the main parks would be a good idea since they will already be open and every touring plan states that they are pretty full by early afternoon, plus I don't want to waste a day's admission on our tickets for only half a day. Therefore, I've thought about taking the 4-month pregnant wife and 2 kids (boys, ages 10 & 9) to Disney Quest that day and use one of our Water Parks & More admissions. We may not arrive until after opening (11:30 a.m. according to Allears.net). Will the crowd be unbearable? Will we even be able to get in since they limit the number of people allowed at a time?
