Flirting advice.. kinda stupid but please answer.. <3?

Coming from a guy perspective i can tell you if you know for a fact he likes you just tell him you like him if a girl i liked told me that it would save so much time and you can jump straight to the fun stuff like going out lol. But seriously just flat out tell him you like him instead of wasting weeks slowly moving towards it cause of shyness someone else might move in if you wait to long.
