How can I rid my patio of mosquitoes?

I have 5 bamboo holders about 4 feet high with special citronella oil burners in them all around my patio, just light the wicks and they keep them critters away, even in a wind they dont blow out! Excellent... i live in London but i am uming you must be able to purchase them in America......
