I dont know if my hamster is dying?

i think she is because it looks like shes shivering, shes barely eating or drinking water, and she cant even move, like everytime she moves she wobbles and is very slow. when i used to open the cage for her she would always come right out but now when i open the cage door she doesnt even pay attention. her body also looks different. It looks like theres a hump on her back or something... please, please help me, i feel soo horrible!
