I experimented with adderall,,,,and im having some problems....help?

My friend kept giving me his adderalls and i kept taking the 2 they are actually called vyvance 70 mg. and i took 2 everyday... I felt great got good grades and did good in sports. But now the top of my hands are red, the back of my legs..like my calfs are red and when you touch your finger to them they leave an imprint....these are symptoms of PKD (Polytheistic Kidney Disease) my father has this...but im wondering if the vyvance does this to me.
