My website was blacklisted by google, for no apparent reason. Its not even a business website.?

I have checked the administration of each page and cannot find anything unusual like malware or anything that wasn't added by myself.When I try to verify the site in google to have it reconsidered, It cannot find any of the codes I am tagging it with, which I must be adding to my site incorreclty, but also since the site is hosted it should be verified already? So now, when someone finds my site in google it has a warning that it could be harmful to the searchers computer. Basically, I want to know how I can resolve the issue, get properly verified and get the issue resolved, and I need to know it in easy steps! Please help!
