Orange Halloween music cette tape from the 90's?

I've been looking everywhere for this cette tape that I listened to when I was younger (in the early-mid 90's). It was a transparent orange, if I'm remembering correctly, and had mostly instrumental music. An echoing man's voice would chime in every now and then that would say "Happy Halloweeeeennn" and then laugh creepily among other things. I would love to find this and listen to it again. I've searched on Ebay, but I'm not seeing what I remember to be the right one. Any help?
