Orthodox Christians and Catholic saints...?

Saints are to be honored because they lived only for Christ. The honor we give them is the honor we give to Christ. Saints are sub-ways to the main way that leads to Salvation. We must honor and respect saints of Roman Catholic Church and Orthodox Churches because they all deserve it. Prayers can be offered through saints and also directly, but what matters more is how much do we copy the lifestyle of these saints in our lives. We need to obey Jesus first, then whatever we do, shall be acceptable to God.
