People who do about hamster training please help help me?

ok so my hamster is almost 1 year old! he is a male named Chester! he is a robo hamster! and i really need help! i want to hold him and pet him and be able to hold him out of the cage but he is afraid and so wild! and so i have been bringing him to the bath tube and put treats in my hand and he comes up sometimes and smells me! and he runs away and then he just runs around and like runs in circles and just does not really come by me! he wants to get out but i just want to tame him! what am i doing wrong? and i also tryed putting him in a box but he wants to get out and it was to small and the bath tube is not that big but he just runs away! and i have only been doing this for 4 days but should i do something else?? what am i doing wrong? please help me train my hamster? and is there like any place u can call the knows how to train hamsters and u ask them what to do about training a hamster? thanks for the help!???
