What laws would repeal, modify or make to control illegal immigration?

Make E-Verify mandatory in the job market, and in social services. Also amend the 14th Amendment to exclude children of illegal immigrants. If we do that, then all we'll need a wall for is drug smugglers, and terrorist. It'll be much cheaper in the long run.
