Does anyone agree there is sub culture in british society which behaves as if it is lawless..?

children who are damaged by their parents life styles ie drug/alcohol misuse, domestic violence, offending behaviours, exposure to and violence lack of stability with in the home are left in these cirstances as the law favours children remaining with parents till some damage is done/or can be proved legally to have been done. the youngsters at Doncaster prove this as at their ages they should have been aware if they had been parented adequately to know it was wrong what they inflicted on their victims. i think most people in this country are unaware of just how bad the breakdown of family life is..the government will only change this by making people accountable for the lack or bad care of their children. personally i think women who receive methadone should only receive a script if a contraceptive has been implanted and any child born with withdrawal symptoms should not be allowed to go home they should be adopted. this may seem sever but kids who have a disadvantaged start in life tend to have a disadvantaged life (struggle in school, with relationships etc) there may be some success stories but the failures outweigh the successes. adults can chose to change their lifestyles children are not afforded that privilege
