How Would You Treat Baby Eczema Naturally/Holistically?

My son has a slight case of excema on the side of his face near his eye. We were told by our doctor to use hydr-cortizone ointment 2x a day and I think it works great. It came out bad last night and I put it on before he went to bed and he was completely clear this morning.
