My iguana's eye is swollen?

He is always clean, has good food, and a good light, there is no changes in the enviroment. I really don't know what is wrong. I don't think it is the actual eye itself that is swollen, I believe it is just arounf the eye, the skin. He can still open it, but I am scared. I also found some red spots in his water bowl, and maybe he hit his head on the side of it, and got a cut? I really don't know. I took his light off him for right now, and put on a red UV bulb, because maybe his light was too bright..what do you think??
