Pain all over body? feels serious.. =[?

i too have the exact symptoms you are describing. I have been to the ER, taken the stress test, Echocardiogram, CT scan, chest x-ray...but nothing found. I had full blood workup that comes back normal. I too have been on anti depressants. The pain almost travels around, and let me add heartburn as well. My next stop if it doesn't become any better will be a neurologist. Have yuo been checked for, or do you have diabetes? My hunger was being caused by my blood sugar being high.....Don't feel alone, I can't seem to find a Dr. that knows what mine is either....Good luck to you....
