What is a nice gift to by a man from Taiwan?

ok...my chinese neighbor had their father/mother from taiwan come for 6 months...they r going back saturday and we are hosting a goin away party for them...we called him yea/yea cause he had 3 grandkids that he took to the busstop every morning with me and my daughter and other kids we cooked and baked for each other a few times i took them sight seeing to the battleship of texas and the monument of texas we went to chinese buffet...anyway im wondering what to get them as a going away gift...Things i know about them are they like to cook...they dont watch tv...she has cancer...they are all into musical instruments and they are Proud Christians...and they will be comming back in november...also what kind of cake should I make?
