Pats fans...Do you think it's better or worse for their chances that they might go undefeated?

Don't get me wrong, I think what they are doing this season is amazing and I'm no hater; but think about it. After having the "armor peeled off" during their last two games with the Eagles and Ravens, it does look like a defeat is imminent sometime in the near future. Would it be better to take that hit in the regular season where it wouldn't really matter (but lose the record) OR get the regular season record and go down in the playoffs? I contend that it is better for their overall Superbowl hopes if they lose now and regain their fire. Thoughts?
