Is $345 dollars a lot to charge for a tow?

I had my car in the parking lot of my apartment building and it snowed 2" which meant the guy who plows our lot would come through. I didn't know it snowed while I was asleep and awoke to my car gone. The company is located about a mile down the road I live on. They charged $145 for the tow and $100 for each day. Since it got towed on 1/6/10 and I didn't pick it up until they opened up on 1/7/10 I was charged for two days which brought the total to $345. Isn't there any laws preventing towing companies from charging so much. I live in Winona, MN if that makes any difference.

I read that ab toning belts are not that effective but it does tone the muscle to some extent and that if you have fat in the stomach the effect doesn't show cos the belt cant get rid of the fat. does that mean even if it doesn't look toned, it takes off at least a few inches off the waist? i can't do vigorous cardio exercises or walk alot as i have a back pain and my only goal is to reduce my waist. i do have a bit of belly fat but my only concern for now is to take some inches off the waist. will an ab toning belt help me at least a bit? im thinking of something like beauty works ab gym belt. argos has it for 24 pounds. has anyone used it? any recommended belts around that price?

personally there are a lot of players that work together. the sedin twins are another one. i would however put them second to only the likes of datsyuk and zetty. i have watched these two develop and the things they can do on that ice together are incredible. ive seen datsyuk make a behind the back p to zetty while he was skating around the net and have the goalie think he is going around the net only to find out zety had already scored because datsyuk ped it. its crazy what they can do together.

Having problems with my 9 week old?

when my little girl gets tired she screams her little head off & nothing that I do helps. Saturday morning flight has been moved up 2 hours by the airline and will touchdown at 10:30 local time in Orlando. We can't check into our hotel until 4:00. I don't think visiting one of the main parks would be a good idea since they will already be open and every touring plan states that they are pretty full by early afternoon, plus I don't want to waste a day's admission on our tickets for only half a day. Therefore, I've thought about taking the 4-month pregnant wife and 2 kids (boys, ages 10 & 9) to Disney Quest that day and use one of our Water Parks & More admissions. We may not arrive until after opening (11:30 a.m. according to Allears.net). Will the crowd be unbearable? Will we even be able to get in since they limit the number of people allowed at a time?

Ok so i am making a 2 shelf unit that comprises of a back panel (heart shaped) 2 shelves with 2 side panels. Theres 2 things I would like to know. 1. what is the best way to attach the side panels to the back panel? I plan to atach the shelves to the side panels using those little plastic connector blocks. I'm sure i can get round this one with a little thought but it would be far better to be handed to me on a plate lol. 2. What would be the best way to hang them so that no screws show? It will be made from 12mm mdf and will hold half a dozen of dvd's and half a dozen books and some cuddly toys. You have to keep looking and be within their range. Rubber bands are used as missiles to stun them. Get a large one (or several) from the stationary store. I think the size number is 107. My grandma has the first one windows 7 I believe it is. She loves it and Plays some games (not ) and says it works great, now when I go to do something on it..it runs very slow (I think she may have a virus) most computers/laptops will get them. Personally I'm all about Apple computers. And I'm just a regular girl I don't play any games except sims on occasion because I'll get bored. I use it for other things like Internet browsing, downloading music, pictures, and school work. I love it and have never had ANY viruses. They're pricey but sometimes you can get very very good deals on them so I suggest looking for a MacBook. Cheap. If you can't find one the first one is a good choice

1997 GMC Sierra Brakes, pedal is unstable.?

While driving this morning, I stopped normally at a sign, and then the pedal suddenly went down like the first section of the master cylinder failed. I bought a new master cyl, installed it, bled the system complete. Now it stops, but if, while sitting, you press hard and steady on the pedal, engine running, it will go down. Booster is not leaking down, pedal stays up with engine switched off. Darn??? Is there part of the ABS that would cause this? I thought it was the booster, but there is no vacuum leak. Try to find a cat behavioralist to work with him. He was terribly traumatized and needs some professional help. I'm very sorry he and your family went through that. He could possibly need anti-anxiety drugs for a while. If your vet isn't experienced with cat behavior problems or doesn't see it as an issue, find one who is/does. For at home, when strangers stop by, try giving him a bit of Rescue Remedy (available at health food stores) or use a Feliway diffuser (pet stores) to help calm his anxiety. Good luck to your kitty.

I have a two year old and a 6 month old. I have seen pics from the bridge collapsing of mothers holding their infants and small children. It makes me actually break down in tears to think about being in that situation. It only takes 30 seconds for an infant to drown. So if you knew you were going to crash down in the water, would you get your little ones out of their carseats and hope that when you landed it you didn't get wedged in between something and could get out of the car immediately and swim to safety with your babies? This could risk injury during the fall. Or leave them in their seats for safety and hope when you land you can get them out of their seats and to the waters surface before they drown? i too have the exact symptoms you are describing. I have been to the ER, taken the stress test, Echocardiogram, CT scan, chest x-ray...but nothing found. I had full blood workup that comes back normal. I too have been on anti depressants. The pain almost travels around, and let me add heartburn as well. My next stop if it doesn't become any better will be a neurologist. Have yuo been checked for, or do you have diabetes? Is this contractor scaming me?

I am in the process of buying a house we are at settlement. The loan company wanted a contractor to look at the roof and the back left gable. People don't understand me?

I was telling my friend how it's really weird that we live in a pocket with very little crime. I told her there is a newsletter that will have the local crime report and all the surrounding areas will have like 8 car thefts, 15 burglaries, and our area will be like one bicycle theft. She said "but that's a good thing" as if I was complaining!!! What? I was not complaining, why would I complain about this??? I said "I know, it's just really weird how all the surrounding areas have all this crime and we are in this little pocket with hardly any crime, it's just an interesting fact, that's all." She repeats that it's a good thing and tries to explain to me how great it is. I know it's great. It's not something you say all enthusiastically "isn't that great?" because the other areas are suffering. But yeah, it's great. I had to tell her, "when I say weird, I don't mean bad, just unusual." Why would I have to explain this to someone? Isn't it obvious that it's a good thing? This happens to me a lot!

This is how I figured it out. 2, 3 and 4 divides equally in to 12 that means there is 1 table of 12 kids. 13 plates feed those 12 kids equally at the first table. There’s 65 dishes total. So you have to divide 65 by 13 and you have 5. So you have 5 tables with 12 kids at each one, and 12 times 5 equals 60. So there were 60 4th grade students at the Mexican fiesta.

I experimented with adderall,,,,and im having some problems....help?

My friend kept giving me his adderalls and i kept taking the 2 they are actually called vyvance 70 mg. and i took 2 everyday... I felt great got good grades and did good in sports. But now the top of my hands are red, the back of my legs..like my calfs are red and when you touch your finger to them they leave an imprint....these are symptoms of PKD (Polytheistic Kidney Disease) my father has this...but im wondering if the vyvance does this to me.

i think the world is just different. back in the 80's, there were not dozens of different cable channels, and guys were groomed on network tv. i remember watching leonard, hagler, hearns, benitez, holmes, etc on regular television. also, there are way too many alphabet titles out there. people just have many more choices as far as entertainment. mosley-mayweather brings back a little of that "old feeling" for me, especially being able to watch it in a regular movie theater, but you are right, overall it's just not that exciting. for me, mma, for me, peaked with hughes vs gracie, but now it's just boring.
